Clause 1.1 — Age Restriction

Minimum Age Requirement

The rbaeej Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. rbaeej reserves the right to request proof of age from any user at any time. Where a user is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be suspended immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any balance held in the account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Clause 1.2 — Registration Information

Accuracy of Provided Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. You must notify rbaeej promptly of any changes to your registered details. rbaeej is not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided at registration or left unupdated.

Clause 1.3 — Single Account Policy

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on the rbaeej Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. rbaeej may close all duplicate accounts without notice and may withhold balances pending investigation where duplicate account abuse is identified.

Clause 1.4 — Account Security

User Responsibility for Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. rbaeej will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep credentials secure. Clause 2.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

Approved BDT Payment Channels

rbaeej accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank direct transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at rbaeej's discretion and without prior notice. Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

Clause 2.2 — Deposit Processing

Timing and Crediting of Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your rbaeej account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. rbaeej is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times. You should retain confirmation records of all deposit transactions.

Clause 2.3 — Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal Conditions and Timelines

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. rbaeej aims to process approved withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes during standard operating hours, Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard hours will be queued for the next processing window. rbaeej reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending account verification, fraud review, or responsible gaming assessment.

Clause 2.4 — Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Payment Method Matching Requirement

For security purposes, withdrawals will ordinarily be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, rbaeej support will work with the user to identify an appropriate alternative. rbaeej reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals to a new or different payment method.

Clause 3.1 — Placing Bets

Bet Acceptance and Confirmation

A bet is only valid once you have received electronic confirmation of acceptance from the rbaeej Platform. Bets placed but not confirmed — due to connectivity issues, session timeouts, or system errors — are not considered valid wagers. rbaeej is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to user-side technical failures. Always verify that your bet appears in your betting history before assuming it has been placed.

Clause 3.2 — Obvious Errors

Manifest Errors in Odds or Pricing

In the event that a betting market is offered with obviously incorrect odds due to a manifest error (whether caused by human error, data feed error, or system fault), rbaeej reserves the right to void all bets placed on that market, regardless of whether bets have been settled, and to reprocess results at the corrected odds or void the market entirely. This policy applies to all sports betting markets including cricket BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, football, kabaddi, and hockey.

Clause 3.3 — Casino & Slots Games

Third-Party Game Provider Terms

Casino games and slot titles available on rbaeej are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These games operate under the respective provider's certified random number generation systems and return-to-player (RTP) specifications. Game outcomes are determined solely by the provider's system and cannot be influenced by rbaeej or by the user. rbaeej is not liable for losses arising from game outcomes.

Clause 3.4 — Bet Cancellation

Cancellation Rights and Restrictions

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it may not be cancelled by the user except where rbaeej expressly provides a cash-out or partial cash-out feature for that specific market. The availability of cash-out is at rbaeej's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. In-play bets cannot be cancelled after the relevant event action has commenced.

Clause 4.1 — Bonus Eligibility

General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by rbaeej are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds conditions, and game contribution rates. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.

Clause 4.2 — Bonus Abuse

Prohibition on Promotional Exploitation

Users who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus conversion, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotions — will have their bonuses forfeited, their winnings voided, and their accounts may be permanently suspended.

Clause 4.3 — Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Wagering Requirement Before Withdrawal

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion and are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Clause 5.2 — Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in the suspension of account access for the requested duration. Once a self-exclusion is active, rbaeej will take reasonable steps to prevent the user from re-registering or accessing the Platform during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods may range from 30 days to permanent closure.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other method intended to mask your true geographic location.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any individual known to be under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corruption of sporting events on which rbaeej offers markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rbaeej staff or other users through any communication channel.

Clause 7.1 — Platform Availability

Service Interruptions and Downtime

rbaeej operates the Platform on a best-efforts basis and aims to maintain continuous availability. However, rbaeej does not warrant uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses, missed betting opportunities, or any other damages arising from planned or unplanned downtime, maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed network restrictions.

Clause 7.2 — Maximum Liability

Cap on rbaeej's Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rbaeej's total aggregate liability to any user arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. rbaeej is not liable under any circumstances for loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Clause 7.3 — Third-Party Content

Game Provider and Data Feed Accuracy

Sporting data, live scores, statistics, and game content displayed on the rbaeej Platform are sourced from third-party data providers and game studios. rbaeej makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such third-party data. Betting decisions made on the basis of in-Platform statistics or live data feeds are made at the user's own risk.

Clause 9.1 — Amendments to These Terms

rbaeej reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, save where required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

Clause 9.2 — Account Termination

Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time. rbaeej may also terminate or suspend any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe these Terms & Conditions have been breached.
